Fiber-reinforced thermosetting polyimide-based composite friction material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a fiber-reinforced thermosetting polyimide-based composite friction material and a preparation method thereof. The fiber-reinforced thermosetting polyimide-based composite friction material comprises the following components by mass: 20-40% of thermosetting polyimide powder, 20-35% of chopped basalt fiber, 1-3% of molybdenum disulfide powder, 10-20% of alumina powder, 10-20% of cobalt powder, and 5-10% of vermiculite, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of all the components is 100%. According to the invention, the composite friction material is prepared, wherein the composite friction material is compact in structure, high in environmental adaptability, excellent in wear resistance and high in friction stability, and reinforcing fibers are tightly combined with a thermosetting polyimide matrix; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, high repeatability, environmental friendliness and the like, is suitable for production and application, and has wide application prospects in the fields of new energy electric vehicles, high-performance electromagnetic brakes and the like.
本发明提供了一种纤维增强热固性聚酰亚胺基复合摩擦材料及制备方法,按照质量百分比包括以下组分:热固性聚酰亚胺粉末为20%~40%,短切玄武岩纤维为20%~35%,二硫化钼粉末为1%~3%,氧化铝粉末为10%~20%,钴粉为10%~20%,蛭石为5%~10%,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。本发明制备出了组织致密、增强纤维与热固性聚酰亚胺基体结合紧密、环境适应性强、耐磨性能优良且摩擦稳定性高的复合摩擦材料;同时兼具工艺简单、成本低廉、可重复性强且环境友好等优势,适于生产和应用,在新能源电动汽车、高性能电磁制动器等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
