The present invention relates to a precast concrete truss wall structure and a construction method using the same, and more particularly, to a precast concrete truss wall structure having enhanced safety and a method for constructing an underground structure using the same, a prefabricated concrete panel for stretching and a prefabricated concrete panel for compression, which are erected so as to face each other and assembled so as to form a space for pouring site concrete in the center thereof, are connected to each other by means of a truss connecting material, thereby integrally moving, and being transported, moved, and installed in a "1" shape. In order to greatly enhance the stability without potential safety accidents in the construction process, due to the arrangement in the shape of the Chinese character '1 ', the construction is simple, and the construction quality can be greatly improved.
本发明涉及预制混凝土桁架墙体结构物及利用其的施工方法，更详细地，涉及如下的安全性得到强化的预制混凝土桁架墙体结构物及利用其的地下结构物施工方法，即，使以相向的方式直立并以在中央部形成用于浇注现场混凝土的空间部的方式组装的拉伸用预制混凝土墙板和压缩用预制混凝土墙板借助桁架连接材料相互连接，由此以一体式移动，并以“1”字形搬运、移动及设置，由此，以在进行施工的过程中不存在安全事故隐患的方式很大程度强化稳定性，因以“1”字形进行设置，因此，施工简单、可很大程度提高施工质量。
