PRECAST DOUBLE WALL AND CONCRETE WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a precast double wall installed on a base, in which a plurality of anchor bolts are embedded parallel to each other at the front and rear thereof, comprising: a precast front wall having a plurality of wall shoes formed to be fastened to at least some of the plurality of anchor bolts at the front of the base, and having grooves recessed inward extending in a longitudinal direction from both side surface portions; and a precast rear wall having a plurality of wall shoes formed to be fastened to at least some of the plurality of anchor bolts at the rear of the base, and having grooves recessed inward extending in a longitudinal direction from both side surface portions. A plurality of roofs are installed at predetermined intervals along the groove extending in the longitudinal direction to be connected to an adjacent wall inside each groove. According to the present invention, it is possible to significantly reduce the thickness and weight of the unit front wall and rear wall installed above the base, thereby easily producing and carrying the unit wall and improving work convenience and accuracy even when the unit front wall and rear wall are installed above the base.
본 발명은 전방 및 후방에 나란하게 복수의 앵커볼트들이 매립되어 있는 베이스에 설치되는 프리캐스트 더블월에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 전방의 앵커볼트들 중 적어도 일부와 체결되도록 형성된 복수의 월슈를 가지고, 양 측면부에는 내측으로 함몰된 홈이 종방향으로 연장되어 있는 프리캐스트된 전방 벽체; 및 상기 베이스의 후방의 앵커볼트들 중 적어도 일부와 체결되도록 형성된 복수의 월슈를 가지고, 양 측면부에는 내측으로 함몰된 홈이 종방향으로 연장되어 있 프리캐스트된 후방 벽체;를 포함하고, 각각의 상기 홈의 내부에는 인접한 벽체와의 연결을 위하여 종방향으로 연장된 홈을 따라서 소정 간격마다 복수의 루프들이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 더블월 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 벽체 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
