The invention provides a position adjusting tool and a wallboard mounting assembly. The position adjusting tool comprises a base body, a first positioning arm, a second positioning arm and a functional part, wherein the first positioning arm and the second positioning arm are oppositely arranged, located on the first side of the base body and vertically fixed to the base body in a spaced mode, and first mounting holes are correspondingly formed in the first positioning arm and the second positioning arm; and the functional part is located between the first positioning arm and the second positioning arm and fixed to the base body, a second mounting hole is formed in the functional part, and the axis of the second mounting hole intersects with the axes of the first mounting holes. According to the position adjusting tool, first adjusting bolts are mounted in the two first mounting holes correspondingly, and a second adjusting bolt is mounted in the second mounting hole; and in the wallboard mounting process, by using the position adjusting tool, the position of a wallboard can be finely adjusted in the left-right direction by adjusting the two first adjusting bolts, the position of the wallboard can be finely adjusted in the front-back direction by adjusting the second adjusting bolt, and the wallboard adjusting process is more convenient and faster.
