The invention is applicable to the field related to fabricated buildings, and provides an adjusting device for mounting fabricated decorative wallboards, which comprises a base and a lifting plate, and the lifting plate is mounted on the base through a lifting assembly; the fixing assembly is used for clamping the assembly type decorative wallboard, the fixing assembly is rotationally installed on the lifting plate, and an adjusting assembly used for adjusting the working angle of the fixing assembly is further arranged on the lifting plate; wherein the adjusting assembly comprises an auxiliary module and an active module for adjusting the working angle of the fixing assembly, and through cooperative arrangement of the fixing assembly and the adjusting assembly, the problem that most of existing assembly type decorative wallboard mounting devices do not have an adjusting function is avoided; the problems that angle adjustment cannot be conducted on the assembly type decorative wallboard, applicability is poor, and construction requirements are difficult to meet are solved.
