According to the vehicle door limiter capable of limiting at any position, movement of a magnetic force sleeve relative to a resistance block lags, the resistance is small during movement, the resistance is large after stopping, therefore, the resistance is small in the vehicle door opening and closing process, and normal operation on the vehicle door is not interfered; after the vehicle door stops at a certain opening degree for a period of time, the resistance is increased, the opening degree is maintained, the position of the vehicle door at any opening degree state is achieved, and the vehicle door is more convenient to use in daily life; and secondly, the fit clearance of movement is large, therefore, the allowable angle change is larger, the applicability is higher, and when the vehicle door is greatly changed along with the use state, limiting and normal use of the vehicle door can be guaranteed.
