When the vehicle door is opened, the vehicle door drives the fixing base to move, damping is provided for movement of the fixing base through the damping component, then certain damping force needs to be overcome when the vehicle door is opened, the vehicle door can be parked at any angle through the damping force, and the requirement for different opening sizes of the vehicle door can be met.
