The hydrodynamic anti-blocking feeding device comprises a support bottom plate, wherein a support column is arranged at one side of the top of the support bottom plate; an angle adjusting rod is arranged at the center of the top of the support column in a penetrating manner; a cavity column is arranged at the top of the angle adjusting rod; an operation support box is arranged at the top of the cavity column; a base is arranged at the top of the operation support box; a feeding bin is arranged at the top of the base; a feeding hole is formed in the center of the top of the feeding bin; a discharging pipeline is arranged at the bottom of one side of the feeding bin; symmetrical stirring devices are arranged at the two sides of the upper part in the feeding bin; a support plate is arranged at the lower parts of the stirring devices in a traversing manner; a channel is longitudinally formed in the center of the bottom of the support plate and located at the left side; a hydrodynamic mechanism is arranged at the left side of the channel; and a guide mechanism is arranged at the right side of the channel, so that the discharging effect is effectively improved, and the blocking phenomenon is avoided.
