The invention relates to a desulfurization ash-steel slag composite cementing composition, a desulfurization ash-steel slag composite cementing material and application thereof. The desulfurization ash-steel slag composite gel composition comprises flue gas desulfurization ash, steel slag, a first activator and a second activator, wherein the first activator comprises organic alcohol amine, a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and optional sulfate, and the second activator comprises silica fume. According to the composite cementing composition disclosed by the invention, the mixing amount of two solid wastes, namely the flue gas desulfurization ash and the steel slag, especially the sintering flue gas desulfurization ash, in building materials is increased to a great extent. Solid waste recycling is realized with low energy consumption, high efficiency and low cost.
本发明涉及一种脱硫灰‑钢渣复合胶凝组合物、脱硫灰‑钢渣复合胶凝材料及其应用。本发明的脱硫灰‑钢渣复合胶凝胶凝组合物包括烟气脱硫灰、钢渣、第一增活剂和第二增活剂,其中,第一增活剂包括有机醇胺、聚羧酸减水剂和任选的硫酸盐,第二增活剂包括硅灰。本发明的复合胶凝组合物在很大程度上提高了烟气脱硫灰和钢渣两种固废尤其是烧结烟气脱硫灰在建材中的掺量。低能耗、高效率、低成本的实现了固废资源化利用。
