Mixing and grinding preparation method of steel slag-mineral slag-gypsum composite cementing material
The invention relates to a mixing and grinding preparation method of a steel slag-mineral slag-gypsum composite cementing material. The method comprises the following steps: taking steel slag particles, mineral slag and gypsum, mixing the steel slag particles, mineral slag and gypsum, grinding the obtained mixture through a grinding device to obtain fine particles II, coarse particles II and coarse particles III, carrying out hot air winnowing, feeding the fine particles II into a dust collector, and enabling the coarse particles II to fall back to a grinding disc of the grinding device and tobe continuously ground; and removing iron from the coarse particles III through an iron remover, continuously grinding through the grinding device, and repeating the above cycle till all the raw materials enter the dust collector in order to prepare the cementing material. The material prepared by the mixing and grinding method is good in gradation and relatively high in activity and strength; and furthermore, through steel slag particle pretreatment and damp and hot tail gas recycling, no waste, high efficiency, low energy consumption and no pollution in the whole process are realized.
本发明涉及一种钢渣‑矿渣‑石膏复合胶凝材料的混合粉磨制备方法,包括,取钢渣粒、矿渣和石膏,将上述原料混合后通过粉磨装置进行粉磨,粉磨得到细颗粒II、粗颗粒II和粗颗粒III,经热风风选后所述细颗粒II进入收尘器,所述粗颗粒II落回粉磨装置磨盘继续粉磨;所述粗颗粒III经除铁器除铁后继续通过粉磨装置进行粉磨,如此形成循环,直至所有原料进入收尘器,即制备得到胶凝材料。该混合粉磨法制备得到的物料级配好、活性和强度均较高;进一步地,通过钢渣粒预处理、湿热尾气回收再利用,实现了全流程的无废化、高效化、低能耗、无污染。
