Process for blending quartz powder for ceramic production
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic production, in particular to a process for blending quartz powder for ceramic production. The following raw materials are prepared: 50-100 parts of quartz stone, 20-40 parts of hydrochloric acid, 10-20 parts of reducing agent, 10-20 parts of dispersing agent, 5-15 parts of zirconium oxide, 20-30 parts of talcum powder, 5-15 parts of unsaturated polyester resin and 10-15 parts of monatomic silicon powder. The process comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment: sorting the quartz powder, detecting the drying degree of the quartz powder by using a drying degree tester, drying the quartz powder with humidity in a roller dryer until the surface humidity is reduced, and grinding the sand-shaped quartz powder by using a grinding machine; and S2, screening and mixing: grinding the quartz powder by a grinding machine, then conducting screening, and putting the screened quartz powder into a blending device. According to the invention, silicon nitride powder is obtained after blending, nitrogen charging and other treatment, the silicon nitride powder is added into the quartz powder to be blended, the final ceramic hardness is enhanced, the quartz powder is blended with various ingredients after being treated, and the quality of subsequent ceramic production is more ideal.
