Heating ceramic body for electronic atomization, and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a heating ceramic body for electronic atomization, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum, titanium, carbon, sodium chloride and potassium chloride to obtain a premix; sintering the premix in a vacuum inert gas environment to obtain a sinter; carrying out cleaning and impurity removal operation on the sinter; baking a sinter to obtain a ceramic powder; carrying out compression molding operation on the ceramic powder to obtain a heating ceramic body for electronic atomization; and shaping and sintering the heating ceramic body for electronic atomization. The premix is sintered in the vacuum environment, then the ceramic powder is subjected to mold pressing and shaping sintering, and after proper mold pressing strength and sintering temperature are selected, the pore size and distribution characteristics of the formed ceramic powder are convenient to adjust, so that the heating ceramic body suitable for tobacco tar and cigarettes at the same time is convenient to obtain, and the heating universality of the heating ceramic body for electronic atomization on different media to be atomized is improved.
