The invention provides a heating body and a preparation method thereof, an atomizer and an electronic atomization device. The preparation method of the heating body comprises the following steps: providing a plurality of substrates; a binder is arranged between every two adjacent substrates, and the binder is mainly composed of a sodium silicate aqueous solution and a thickening agent and does not contain heavy metal elements; and carrying out heat treatment on the binder so as to cure the binder, and forming a bonding layer between the two adjacent substrates. The components of the binder used by the heating body are inorganic matters and do not contain heavy metal elements, so that harmful substances can be prevented from being separated out in the application process, and the problem of bonding failure is avoided; the adhesive forms an adhesive layer after being cured, and in a long-term aerosol generation matrix soaking experiment and a thermal cycle experiment, no harmful substance is separated out from the adhesive layer, so that no harm is caused to the health of a user; therefore, the stability of the heating body in use is better, the quality is guaranteed, and the service life is longer.
