The invention relates to a high-temperature anti-oxidation composite coating layer improved through an adjustable oxygen partial pressure technology and a preparation method and application of the high-temperature anti-oxidation composite coating layer; specifically, an inner boron nitride hole sealing layer is prepared on a matrix material by adopting a slurry dipping sintering method, inherent defects in the matrix material can be effectively filled, and the binding force between the matrix and the coating layer is improved; a silicon powder/zirconium silicide/chromium boride middle self-healing layer is prepared by adopting a brushing sintering method, and the layer can generate various flowable self-healing media in a high-temperature oxygen-containing environment, so that the defects such as holes and cracks in the coating layer are bridged; and an outer barrier thermal insulation layer is prepared by adopting the chemical vapor deposition method, so that a thermal protection effect can be achieved, and coating layer consumption caused by volatile products can be slowed down. The three-layer composite high-temperature oxidation-resistant coating layer provided by the invention has excellent wide-temperature-range oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance, and can prolong the service life of the matrix material in a high-temperature oxygen-containing environment, so that the composite material keeps stable performance after being recycled for multiple times in the high-temperature oxygen-containing environment.
一种可调氧分压技术改进高温抗氧化复合涂层及其制备方法与应用,具体为采用料浆浸渍烧结法在基体材料上制备内层氮化硼孔洞密封层,可有效填充基体材料中的固有缺陷,提升基体与涂层之间的结合力;采用涂刷烧结法制备硅粉/硅化锆/硼化铬中间自愈合层,该层处于高温含氧环境中可生成多种流动性自愈合介质,进而弥合涂层中的孔洞和裂纹等缺陷;采用化学气相沉积法制备外层阻挡隔热层,可起到热防护作用并减缓挥发性产物导致的涂层消耗。本发明提供的三层复合高温抗氧化涂层具有优异的宽温域抗氧化、抗热震性能,可以提高基体材料在高温含氧环境中的服役寿命,使复合材料在高温含氧环境下多次循环使用后保持性能稳定。
