Carbon-based composite material surface high-temperature anti-oxidation coating and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon-based composite material surface high-temperature anti-oxidation coating , which comprises the following steps: a) embedding a pretreated carbon-based composite material in composite powder, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain a SiC self-healing bonding layer, wherein the composite powder is obtained by ball-milling the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 to 50 parts of SiC powder, 10 to 20 parts of Si powder, 10 to 40 parts of B2O3 powder, 5 to 10 parts of graphite powder and 7 to 15 parts of Al2O3; and b) mixing the Si3N4 powder and the ZrO2 powder, so as to obtain Si3N4-ZrO2 powder; mixing the SiO2 sol and the Si3N4-ZrO2 powder to obtain sol slurry; and coating the surface of the SiC self-healing bonding layer with the sol slurry, drying, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain the SiC self-healing bonding layer. The advantages of a sol-gel method and a slurry method are combined, and the bonding layer and the self-healing layer are combined together, so that the prepared material has good oxidation resistance.
本发明提供了一种碳基复合材料表面高温抗氧化涂层的制备方法,包括:A)将预处理后的碳基复合材料包埋于复合粉料中,高温处理,得到SiC自愈合粘接层;所述复合粉料由如下重量份的原料球磨得到:35~50份SiC粉、10~20份Si粉、10~40份B2O3粉、5~10份石墨粉和7~15份Al2O3;B)将Si3N4粉和ZrO2粉混合,得到Si3N4‑ZrO2粉末;将SiO2溶胶和Si3N4‑ZrO2粉末混合,得到溶胶料浆;将溶胶料浆涂布在SiC自愈合粘接层表面,干燥,高温处理,得到。本发明由于结合了溶胶凝胶法和料浆法的优点,并将粘接层和自愈合层结合在一起,使得制备的材料具有良好的抗氧化性。
