The embodiment of the invention discloses a core grouting construction method for an ultra-deep large-aperture PHC pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a reinforcement cage is manufactured, specifically, anchoring connecting ribs and stirrups are machined, and longitudinal ribs are bent and then subjected to double-face angle welding with a supporting plate; 2, gunny bags are laid, specifically, the gunny bags are laid on the upper portion of the supporting plate, and the gunny bags are connected with the longitudinal ribs through iron wires; 3, pile core cleaning is conducted, specifically, sludge in a grouting pile is cleaned, accumulated water in a pipe pile is pumped and drained after cleaning is completed, and finally cement paste is brushed; 4, a reinforcement cage is placed, specifically, reinforcing steel bars need to be bound to the top of the reinforcement cage before placement; 5, first-time concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, pouring is stopped after the pile core is poured to a certain depth, and pouring is conducted till the next pile is poured; and 6, second-time concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, after first-time pouring is completed, second-time pouring is conducted on first pile core concrete till the designed elevation is reached. The problems of concrete segregation and bottom steel supporting plate falling in the core grouting construction process of the ultra-deep and large-aperture prestressed concrete pipe pile are solved.
本发明实施例公开一种超深大孔径PHC桩灌芯施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、钢筋笼制作,加工锚固连接筋和箍筋,纵向筋弯折后与托板双面角焊;步骤二、麻袋铺设,将麻袋铺设于托板上部,用铁丝将麻袋与纵向筋连接;步骤三、桩芯清理,对灌桩内淤泥进行清理,清理完成后将管桩内积水抽排,最后涂刷水泥净浆;步骤四、安放钢筋笼,放置钢筋笼,放置前需在钢筋笼顶部绑扎钢筋;步骤五、第一次混凝土浇筑,桩芯浇筑至一定深度后停止浇筑,跳至下一个桩浇筑;步骤六、第二次混凝土浇筑,待第一次浇筑完成后,对第一根桩芯混凝土进行二次浇筑并浇筑至设计标高。本发明解决了超深、大孔径预应力混凝土管桩灌芯施工过程中混凝土离析及底部钢托板脱落问题。
