The invention discloses a pile foundation treatment method for eliminating negative friction resistance of collapsible loess. The pile foundation treatment method is specifically implemented according to the following steps that 1, a pile hole is formed in the position of a pile foundation; 2, a PVC sleeve is inserted into the pile hole; 3, a concrete pile is inserted into the PVC sleeve, and the concrete pile is pressed into a non-collapsible stratum through a static pressure method; 4, the collapsible loess around the PVC sleeve is treated through a water soaking method; and 5, after collapsing deformation of loess around the PVC sleeve 5 is completely completed, cement paste is injected along a gap between the sleeve and the concrete pile. A large amount of engineering cost caused by replacement filling, tamping, compaction, silicification and other methods adopted by the collapsible loess foundation is avoided.
