Pile foundation negative friction eliminating device
The pile foundation negative friction eliminating device comprises an upper pile body with a hole in the middle, a lower pile body and a negative friction eliminating piece arranged between the upper pile body and the lower pile body, the pile end of the lower pile body is fixedly embedded in a bearing layer, and the negative friction eliminating piece is arranged at the position 300 mm-500 mm above and below the neutral point of the pile body. When soil around the pile generates negative friction on the upper pile body, the negative friction eliminating piece generates upward hydraulic pressure equal to the negative friction, and then the upward hydraulic pressure and the negative friction counteract each other. The negative friction eliminating part comprises an annular load box, a plurality of through holes are distributed in the annular load box along the circumference, hydraulic devices are embedded in the through holes, oil inlets of the hydraulic devices are jointly connected with an external oil cylinder and pressurizing equipment through conveying parts, and oil outlets of the hydraulic devices are jointly connected with the external oil cylinder through output parts. Hydraulic rods in the hydraulic devices are jointly connected with a titanium alloy push plate, the titanium alloy push plate makes contact with the lower end face of the upper pile body, when the device is subjected to negative friction resistance in the operation process, vertical upward force can be generated, then the negative friction resistance is eliminated, and therefore settlement of a pile foundation is reduced.
