The invention relates to a comprehensive structure integrating flood control, flood drainage and underground pipeline laying. The comprehensive structure comprises a flood drainage box culvert connected to a river/bank slope; a comprehensive pipe gallery is arranged on the right side edge or the upper portion of the flood drainage box culvert, and a flood prevention wall is arranged on the side, close to the river/bank slope, of the flood drainage box culvert; top plates of the flood drainage box culverts and the comprehensive pipe gallery are slightly lower than the surrounding ground, and slopes are formed on the sides, facing the river/bank slope, of the top plates; a flood drainage hole is formed in the top of the flood drainage box culvert, and a grating cover plate is arranged on the flood drainage hole; and the side edge, close to the river bank slope, of the flood drainage box culvert is provided with a drainage hole for draining waterlogging water into the river/river channel, and the drainage hole is connected with a flap valve. The problems of urban flood control, flood drainage and underground pipeline laying are solved, land resources are utilized intensively to the maximum extent, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the project investment is reduced.
