The underground diaphragm wall hole opening method comprises the following steps that positioning and paying-off are conducted on the position, needing hole opening, of a wall body; punching is conducted on the periphery of the edge of the hole; a rope saw cutting machine is installed, a cutting rope of the rope saw cutting machine penetrates through the punched hole, and then the rope saw cutting machine is fixed; the rope saw cutting machine is started to cut the wall; cut concrete blocks are hoisted when the hole is about to be cut; and after cutting is completed, the cut concrete blocks are hoisted and removed, and wall holing is completed. Compared with a traditional underground manual holing technology, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the cost is saved, and the cutting face is smooth and formed at a time.
本发明实施例公开一种地下连续墙洞口开洞方法,包括以下步骤:对墙体需要开洞的位置进行定位放线;在洞口边缘四周位置进行打孔;安装绳锯切割机,将绳锯切割机的切割绳穿过打好的孔,然后固定好绳锯切割机;启动绳锯切割机对墙体进行切割;在洞口即将切割完成时对切割的混凝土块进行吊装;切割完成后将切割好的混凝土块进行吊装移除,墙体开洞完成。本发明与传统在地下通过人工开洞技术相比,大大提高了施工效率,节约了成本,切割面平整一次成型。
