The invention discloses a pilot-operated type overflow structure and a closestool device applying the pilot-operated type overflow structure, wherein the pilot-operated type overflow structure comprises a water tank with a water storage cavity, an overflow channel, a first sealing cover, a second sealing cover and a buoyancy device; the overflow channel is provided with an overflow port communicated with the water storage cavity; the first sealing cover is connected to the overflow port in a sealing and covering mode, and a through small hole is formed in the first sealing cover; the second sealing cover is connected to the small hole in a sealing and covering manner; and the buoyancy device comprises a floating barrel, the floating barrel is arranged in the water tank so as to move up and down along with the water level of the water storage cavity, and when the floating barrel floats upwards, the first sealing cover is firstly driven to open the small hole, and then the second sealing cover is driven to open the overflow port. On the basis that opening and closing of the overflow port can be reliably controlled, the size of the floating barrel is greatly reduced, miniaturization design of the water tank is facilitated, and the universality of the water tank is better.
本发明公开了一种先导式溢流结构及应用其的马桶装置,先导式溢流结构包括:水箱,具有储水腔;溢流通道,具有与所述储水腔相通的溢流口;第一密封盖,密封盖接于所述溢流口,所述第一密封盖上设有贯通的小孔;第二密封盖,密封盖接于所述小孔;浮力装置,包括浮桶,所述浮桶设于所述水箱中以随所述储水腔的水位上下活动,所述浮桶上浮时先带动所述第一密封盖打开所述小孔后再带动所述第二密封盖打开所述溢流口。本发明能够在确保可靠地控制溢流口开闭的基础上,大大减小浮桶的体积,有利于水箱的小型化设计,水箱的通用性更好。
