The invention discloses a nut and flitch plate integrated unilateral bolt connection joint and a construction and installation method thereof. The nut and flitch plate integrated unilateral bolt connection joint comprises outward extending end plates, flitch plates, high-strength bolts and nuts, wherein the outward extending end plates are welded to the ends of H-shaped steel beams, and the flitch plates are welded to the inner walls of rectangular steel pipe columns; a plurality of plain round holes are formed in the outward extending end plates and the rectangular steel pipe columns in pairs in the longitudinal direction, hexagonal holes which correspond to the plain round holes are formed in the flitch plates, and nuts are welded; and the high-strength bolts sequentially penetrate through the outward extending end plates and the plain round holes in the rectangular steel pipe columns and are fixedly connected with the corresponding nuts on the flitch plates. Machining and welding of joint components are completed through prefabrication in a factory, the rectangular steel pipe columns and the H-shaped steel beams are connected directly through the high-strength bolts on a construction site, and the site welding workload is avoided. The novel joint overcomes the defects of easiness in damage to a connecting area of a traditional unilateral bolt joint, complexity in operation and easiness in pulling of specially-made unilateral bolts and has the advantages of the simple structure, good performance and high construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种螺母贴板一体式单边螺栓连接节点及其施工安装方法，包括外伸端板、贴板、高强螺栓和螺母；所述外伸端板焊接在H形钢梁端部，贴板焊接在矩形钢管柱内壁上；所述外伸端板和矩形钢管柱沿纵向成对开设若干光圆孔，贴板开设与光圆孔对应的六边形孔并焊接螺母；所述高强螺栓依次穿过外伸端板和矩形钢管柱上的光圆孔，与贴板上对应的螺母连接固定。节点构件的加工焊接通过工厂预制完成，施工现场直接采用高强螺栓将矩形钢管柱与H形钢梁进行连接，无现场焊接工作量。该类新型节点克服了传统单边螺栓节点连接区域容易被破坏、特制单边螺栓操作复杂且容易被拔出的缺陷，具有构造简单，性能良好，施工效率高的优点。
