The invention discloses a unilateral bolt connection joint suitable for a closed-section component and a mounting method. Comprising two rectangular steel pipes, sleeve assemblies and high-strength bolts. The two rectangular steel pipes are coaxially arranged and connected into an integrated structure through the sleeve assembly, the inner contours of the rectangular steel pipes are matched with the outer contours of the sleeve assembly, first bolt holes are formed in the ends of wall plates of the rectangular steel pipes, and bolt holes are formed in wall plates of the sleeve assembly. The high-strength bolts penetrate through the first bolt holes in the rectangular steel pipe and then are fixedly connected with the bolt holes in the sleeve assembly, so that the sleeve assembly is coaxially sleeved with the rectangular steel pipe. The sleeve assembly is mainly formed by sequentially connecting an inner sleeve, an anchor plate and a stamping steel plate, and the anchor plate is provided with a nut matched with the high-strength bolt. On the premise of not changing the mechanical property of a node area of the closed-section component, single-side locking of the high-strength bolt is completed, the defects of a common bolt in an existing closed-section component connecting mode are overcome, and mounting is rapid and efficient.
本发明公开了一种适用于闭口截面构件的单边螺栓连接节点及安装方法。包括两个矩形钢管、套筒组件和高强螺栓;两个矩形钢管同轴设置且通过套筒组件连接成一体式结构,矩形钢管的内轮廓与套筒组件的外轮廓适配,矩形钢管壁板的端部开设有螺栓孔一,套筒组件壁板上开设螺栓孔,高强螺栓穿设过矩形钢管上的螺栓孔一后与套筒组件上的螺栓孔连接固定,使得矩形钢管同轴套设于套筒组件的外部;套筒组件主要由内套筒、锚板和冲压钢板依次连接组成,锚板设有与高强螺栓配套的螺母。本发明能在不改变闭口截面构件节点区域力学性能的前提下,完成高强螺栓的单边锁紧,解决了普通螺栓在现有闭口截面构件连接方式中所存在的缺陷,安装快捷高效。
