The positioning device comprises a sliding rail and a bottom plate, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the bottom plate, a rotating shaft is rotationally connected into the fixing plate, moving wheels are fixedly connected to one side of the rotating shaft, the moving wheels are in sliding connection with the sliding rail, motors are evenly installed at the bottom end of the bottom plate, a first bevel gear is fixedly connected to the bottom end of an output shaft of the motor, two protective covers are fixedly connected to one side of the bottom end of the inner wall of a first connecting box, a loading box is fixedly connected between the other ends of two connecting ropes, a base plate is fixedly connected to one side of the inner wall of the first connecting box, a touch screen displayer is installed at the rear end of the first connecting box, and the touch screen display is electrically connected with a camera. According to the positioning device, the mounting position of a steel structure framework can be accurately determined, the steel structure framework is lifted at different angles, manpower is saved, and the steel structure framework lifting device can be changed at any time according to the building area and position of the steel structure framework.
