The invention discloses a mining composite filling foam material and a preparation method thereof, the mining composite filling foam material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A and the component B are respectively prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: the component A comprises 40-70 parts of cement, 25-50 parts of fly ash, 1-8 parts of a foaming agent, 1-5 parts of a foaming stabilizer, 3-8 parts of an early strength agent, 15-20 parts of stone powder, 8-15 parts of a rubber emulsion, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent and 20-35 parts of water; and the component B comprises 1.5-3 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-3 parts of a foaming stabilizer, 0.1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.5-2 parts of a tackifier, 2-4 parts of a silane impregnant and 10-25 parts of water. The foam material has the advantages of being good in waterproofness, resistant to corrosion and not prone to cracking, and is mainly used for filling a mining area.
