Dual-component mining foam paste filling material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a dual-component mining foam paste filling material and a preparation method thereof and relates to a paste filling material and a preparation method thereof. The dual-component mining foam paste filling material comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises magnesium oxysulfate cement, coal ash, a foaming agent, an early strength agent, a foam stabilizer and water; and the component B comprises a foaming agent, the foam stabilizer, a high efficiency water reducing agent and water. According to the preparation method, waste coal ash is used for replacing partial magnesium oxysulfate cement as a binding material, the components A and B are respectively prepared into foam, are adequately mixed by virtue of a pumping method and are jetted to an appointed region, and rapid filling, condensing and curing are realized, so that the furthest filling is achieved under a low consumption condition of the magnesium oxysulfate cement; the dual-component mining foam paste filling material is applied to the filling of goafs such as a coal mine goaf and can be use for blocking tunnels and constructing firewalls in the pit.
