The invention discloses a preparation method for synthesizing a slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer at normal temperature. According to the method, C6 polyether macromonomers, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate or hydroxypropyl acrylate, 2-allyl phenol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, a redox initiator system, azodiisobutylimidazoline hydrochloride and a chain transfer agent are polymerized through a free radical copolymerization reaction. According to the invention, the synthesis process is simple, energy-saving and environment-friendly, the synthesis time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved; the double bond of the selected ethylene glycol monovinyl polyethylene glycol ether macromonomer is of a substituted structure, so that the space resistance of swinging of a polyether side chain is further reduced, the swinging of the polyether side chain is freer, and the movement range is larger; and due to the increase of the swinging freedom degree of the polyether side chain, the wrapping property and winding property of the polyether side chain are improved, so that the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer has higher slump retaining property and adaptability.
本发明公开了一种常温合成保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法,该方法采用C6聚醚大单体、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯或丙烯酸羟丙酯、2‑烯丙基苯酚、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、氧化还原引发剂体系、偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐、链转移剂通过自由基共聚反应聚合而成。本发明合成工艺简单、节能环保、缩短了合成时间,提高了生产效率。同时本发明选用的乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚大单体的双键为一取代结构,进一步减少了聚醚侧链摆动的空间阻力,使得聚醚侧链的摆动更加自由,活动范围更大;聚醚侧链摆动自由度的增加,提高了聚醚侧链的包裹性和缠绕性,从而合成出的聚羧酸减水剂具有更高的保坍性和适应性。
