The invention discloses a hydraulic glue joint insulation clamping plate dismantling device. The device comprises a main rack, a cutter assembly arranged on the main rack and a hydraulic mechanism arranged on the cutter assembly, wherein the main frame comprises two mounting seats and a connecting rod for connecting the two mounting seats; the hydraulic mechanism comprises an oil cylinder arranged on one mounting seat and a hydraulic pump connected with the oil cylinder; the cutter assembly comprises a movable cutter arranged on the oil cylinder and a fixed cutter arranged on the other mounting seat; and a fixed seat is arranged on the connecting rod. The device is advantaged in that sufficient mechanical force is outputted through the hydraulic power mechanism, enough displacement is generated between the clamping plates and the rail web, and therefore purposes of separation and disassembly are achieved.
