The invention relates to a glue joint insulation clamping plate dismantling device which is suitable for dismantling operation of a glue joint insulation clamping plate described in TB/T2975-2018 steel rail glue joint insulation joint 3.3. The glue joint insulation clamping plate dismantling device mainly comprises a main machine frame, an upper machine frame, a lower machine frame, a clamping screw rod, a hydraulic power component, a hydraulic cylinder reset component, a hydraulic cylinder component, an ejector rod component and the like. A closed frame structure is formed by the main machine frame, the upper machine frame, the lower machine frame and the clamping screw rod and surrounds a glue joint insulation joint, the ejector rod component utilizes a clamping plate on the other side and a mounting hole of a high-strength bolt on a steel rail as a channel, one end of the ejector rod component makes contact with a piston of the hydraulic cylinder component to serve as a force application point of the piston, and the other end of the ejector rod component makes contact with the hydraulic cylinder component. One end of the clamping plate is in contact with the clamping plate to be dismantled, dismantling force for separating the clamping plate from the steel rail can be applied to the clamping plate to be dismantled, and the dismantling force is located on the cross section of TB/T2975-2018 Glued Insulated Joint for Steel Rail as described in Figure 1 or Figure 2.
