The water surface floating object recovery device is characterized by comprising an interception conveying mechanism, a first floating body, a second floating body, an anchoring mechanism, a recovery mechanism and a remote monitoring terminal, the first floating body is connected with the interception conveying mechanism, and a power generator is arranged in the first floating body to supply power to the whole device; a control module, a communication module and a data acquisition module are arranged on the second floating body and are used for acquiring accumulation degree information of floating objects on the water surface and controlling the operation of the whole device; and the recovery mechanism is connected with the second floating body and used for centralized storage of the floating objects on the water surface. Impact force of water flow is utilized, a proper intercepting device is arranged, the water flow is utilized to generate electricity, electric energy is stored, and river surface garbage can be collected efficiently in a manpower and material resource saving mode. According to the water surface floating object recovery device, full-automatic and floating system mooring design is adopted, all-season and all-weather use is achieved, and the used product is constructed by modules and is easy to produce and manufacture.
