The invention relates to an environment-friendly and energy-saving building wall. The environment-friendly and energy-saving building wall is characterized by comprising anti-crack mortar (7), alkali-resisting mesh cloth (8), an extrusion molding plane polystyrene board (1), concrete (3), a concave-convex surface polystyrene board (2), circulating water pipes (11), an EPS steel wire board (4) and a coating layer (6) from outside to inside; the extrusion molding plane polystyrene board (1) and the concave-convex surface polystyrene board (2) are made of recycled garbage materials and are fixed through a straight anchor bolt (5) and an inclined anchor bolt (9), the outer side of the concave-convex surface polystyrene board (2) is a plane, the inner side of the concave-convex surface polystyrene board (2) is a concave-convex surface, and the circulating water pipes (11) are arranged in grooves in the inner side of the concave-convex surface polystyrene board (2); and the circulating water pipes (11) are evenly distributed in an S shape on the whole wall, hot water is introduced in winter, and cold water is introduced in summer. The environment-friendly and energy-saving building wall is simple in structure, convenient to construct, short in construction period, warm in winter and cool in summer, capable of saving clay resources, large in bearing capacity and good in damping effect.
