The invention discloses a green energy-saving fabricated building wall construction method which comprises the following steps: assembly and movement: driving an assembly frame through an electric cart, so that one end of the assembly frame is aligned with the mounting position of a wall, driving the electric cart, so that the assembly frame is mounted and translated along the wall, mounting the wall, and moving a sliding clamp by utilizing a lifting frame; the sliding clamp is moved to the position above the fabricated building wall, the upper portion of the fabricated building wall is fixed through the sliding clamp, and the fabricated building wall is installed at the corresponding position in cooperation with the sliding clamp; the assembly frame and the electric cart are arranged, the multiple assembly type building walls are installed at a time through the assembly frame, then the electric cart is used for driving the assembly frame, the assembly frame is made to move in the wall installation direction, and the hoisting frame of the assembly frame is used for being matched with the sliding clamp to complete hoisting installation operation on the assembly type building walls; therefore, the step of adjusting the position of the wall is simplified, the step of adjusting the position of the wall is combined with the step of hoisting installation, and the installation efficiency of the fabricated building wall is improved.
