The invention discloses a rainwater-collecting environment-friendly solar street lamp. The rainwater-collecting environment-friendly solar street lamp comprises: illuminating lamps; a street lamp frame, wherein a mounting part is fixedly arranged at the top end of the street lamp frame, connecting parts are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the outer portion of the mounting part, the illuminating lamps are arranged on one sides of the connecting parts, a storage groove is formed in the side wall of the mounting part, and a solar panel is arranged in the storage groove; flow guiding parts; a water collecting part, which is arranged outside the street lamp frame and communicates with an inner cavity of the mounting part through a water inlet pipe, wherein a guide rail is arranged on the side wall of the mounting part; and a driving mechanism, which is arranged between the water collecting part and the flow guiding parts. According to the invention, rainwater enters the water collecting part through the water inlet pipe, so the street lamp has a self-power-generating and water collecting functions and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly; the driving mechanism drives the two flow guiding parts to slide upwards through cooperation of the guide rail, a sliding part and a transmission part, and the two flow guiding parts increase a contact area between the flow guiding parts and the rainwater in the manner of deviation from each other.
