When it rains, rainwater is collected through the water collecting hopper and then flows into the water storage tank through the vertical water pipe and the connecting water pipe to be stored, and when a road sweeper needs to wash hands or clean tools, the water can be drained through a drain pipe as long as a sealing cover is taken down, so that the tools are washed or cleaned.
