The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-saving irrigation system for nursery stocks in a desertification region. The environment-friendly water-saving irrigation system comprises nursery stock plants planted on desert soil, a water storage and collection assembly, a water supplementing assembly and a temperature sensing control assembly; the water storage and collection assembly comprises a plurality of water storage covers, a water storage pipe and a water storage cavity formed in the desert soil; the plurality of water storage covers are located on the desert soil ground, the water storage covers are used for collecting rainwater, and the water storage pipe is used for communicating the water storage covers with the water storage cavity; and the water supplementing assembly comprises a water inlet pipe, a water passing pipe, a plurality of water supplementing pipes, a backflow pipe and a common water pump, wherein the water passing pipe is located between the water storage cavity and a nursery stock plant root system, and the water inlet pipe is used for communicating the water passing pipe with the water storage cavity. According to the environment-friendly water-saving irrigation system, rainwater can be collected and stored, when the system is not used, the water storage covers can be automatically blocked, evaporation of the rainwater is reduced, water can be automatically supplemented to nursery stock plants in the daytime and stopped at night, soil loosening and water and soil loss can be effectively prevented and controlled, and the nursery stock plants are well protected and supported.
