The invention relates to a urine collecting device for gynecological urinalysis. The urine collecting device comprises a base, a shell, an L-shaped cover plate, a toilet bowl frame, a liquid outlet pipe, a guide plate, a vertical pipe, a branch pipe, a movable rod, a liquid drainage pipe, a driving mechanism and a guide mechanism, the shell is fixedly connected to one side of the base, and the L-shaped cover plate is rotatably connected to the middle of one side of the shell in an embedded mode; a pedestal pan frame fixedly penetrates through one side of the shell and is communicated with the shell. A paper cup is placed under a liquid discharging pipe, a patient can sit on the toilet frame to pull urine, the urine falls into the toilet frame and flows into a liquid outlet pipe to be discharged, when the middle-section urine flows into the toilet frame, a guide plate is pulled to swing rightwards to block the liquid outlet pipe, the middle-section urine flows into a vertical pipe, a driving mechanism is treaded to make contact with the guide mechanism, and the guiding mechanism drives the liquid discharging pipe to move upwards to the upper portion in the vertical pipe through the movable rod, middle-section urine falls into the paper cup through the liquid discharging pipe to be collected, and therefore the urine can be prevented from bursting on the hands.
