Method for preparing Portland cement from solid wastes
The invention relates to the field of waste recycling, in particular to a method for preparing Portland cement from solid waste, which comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing 0.60-0.80 part by weight of white sludge or alkali white sludge, 0.050-0.07 part by weight of aluminum ash, 0.2-0.25 part by weight of tailing slag and 0.02-0.04 part by weight of iron correction raw material, sending the raw materials to a raw material mill through a batching machine and an electronic belt scale, and conducting grinding to form raw material powder with the water content of less than 1.5%; 2) homogenizing the raw material powder and then feeding the raw material powder into a rotary kiln for calcining; 3) cooling the calcined dry material balls through a cooling machine; and 4) after the dry material balls in the step 3) are cooled, adding 5.0-7.0% of gypsum and 15.0-29.0% of a mixed material into the cooled dry material balls, and feeding the mixture into a ball mill for grinding, so as to prepare the Portland cement.
