Sound absorption material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a sound absorption material, which comprises the following steps of: (1) forming an activation layer containing phosphate on the surface of an inorganic filler body of which the material comprises oxide to obtain an activated inorganic filler, the activation layer being provided with a P-OH active group; (2) mixing at least one of orthosilicate, aluminate and titanate with chromium aluminum phosphate, phosphoric acid, water and an organic solvent, and standing and aging the obtained mixed solution to obtain an inorganic binder; and (3) well mixing the activated inorganic filler with the inorganic binder, and carrying out curing molding to obtain the sound absorption material. The obtained sound absorption material is good in hydrolysis resistance and high in compressive strength and can be used in a high-humidity and high-temperature environment for a long time. The invention further provides the sound absorption material.
本发明提供了一种吸声材料的制备方法,包括:(1)在材质包括氧化物的无机填料本体的表面形成包含磷酸盐的活化层,得到活化的无机填料;活化层带有P‑OH活性基团;(2)将正硅酸酯、铝酸酯和钛酸酯中的至少一种与磷酸铝铬、磷酸、水和有机溶剂混合,将得到的混合溶液静置陈化,得到无机粘结剂;(3)将上述活化的无机填料与无机粘结剂混合均匀后,经固化成型,得到吸声材料。所得吸声材料的耐水解性好、抗压强度高,可在高湿高温环境长久使用。本发明还提供了一种吸声材料。
