Sound insulation wall material with sound absorption function and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a sound insulation wall material with a sound absorption function and a preparation method of the sound insulation wall material. The sound insulation wall material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: cement, lime, fly ash, waste glass powder, straw fibers, kaolin and a foaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the cement, the lime, the fly ash, the waste glass powder, the straw fiber and the kaolin into a reaction kettle, adding water, heating, stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixture slurry; (2) dissolving a foaming agent in water, stirring at a high speed to obtain fine and uniform foam, and standing to obtain uniform and stable foam; (3) adding foam into the mixture slurry, and stirring and mixing to obtain slurry; and (4) molding the obtained slurry by using a mold molding machine, and drying and demolding to obtain the wall material with the sound absorption function. The wall material has a good sound absorption effect and excellent mechanical properties, the preparation method is simple, the environment-friendly effect is good, the sound absorption effect is remarkable, and the versatility of a building material is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种具有吸声功能的隔音墙体材料及其制备方法,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:水泥,石灰,粉煤灰,废玻璃粉,秸秆纤维,高岭土以及发泡剂成分。制备方法包括:(1)将水泥、石灰、粉煤灰、废玻璃粉、秸秆纤维、高岭土加入反应釜中,加水加热搅拌,混合均匀,得到混合物浆;(2)将发泡剂溶解在水中,高速搅拌,得到细小、均匀的泡沫,静止,得到均匀稳定的泡沫;(3)将泡沫加入到混合物浆中,搅拌混合,得到浆料;(4)将得到的浆料使用模具成型机成型,经过烘干、脱模之后即可得到该具有吸声功能的墙体材料。本发明墙体材料具有较好的吸声效果且力学性能优异,该制备方法简单,环保效果好,吸声效果显著,大大提高了建筑材料的多用性。
