The invention discloses a powder production line process control method for MnZn ferrite powder particles. The method comprises the following steps: accurately determining the ratio of iron to manganese to zinc in slurry by adopting an X-fluorescence analyzer, supplementing the material according to a test result, feeding the slurry into a rotational flow chamber along a spray gun pipeline by using a pump at a relatively high pressure, and rotating the slurry in a vortex sheet at a high speed in the rotational flow chamber to form an approximate free vortex. When the slurry is closer to the center of a nozzle, the rotation degree is larger, the pressure is smaller, the slurry is broken near the center of the nozzle, a hollow column with the pressure equal to the atmospheric pressure is formed, the slurry is sprayed out in the form of a film at the center of the cross section between the inner wall of the nozzle and the air column to form an atomization angle with a certain shape, then the sprayed slurry meets hot air, most of water evaporates, and the slurry is converted into particles and freely falls, so that the particles are mainly spherical and partially apple-shaped, particle distribution, flowability, gum content, water content, loose ratio consistency before and after humidifying and formability of powder are very good, and the particles are suitable for pressing various types of blanks.
