An inter-slab load transfer structure of a fabricated airport pavement slab comprises a prefabricated pavement slab, first female rabbets are formed in the two ends of the prefabricated pavement slab, and second female rabbets are formed in the two sides of the prefabricated pavement slab; the end joints of every two adjacent prefabricated pavement slabs are spliced through first female rabbets to form a first slurry groove, and the side joints of every two adjacent prefabricated pavement slabs are spliced through second female rabbets to form a second slurry groove; reinforcing meshes are arranged in the first slurry groove and the second female rabbets; and the first slurry groove and the C-shaped groove are grouted to form a reinforcement grouting body. By the adoption of the structure, dowel bars in transverse joints of the pavement slabs and pull rods in longitudinal joints of the pavement slabs are replaced with the reinforcement grouting bodies, and slurry groove grouting bodies are reserved in the peripheries of the slab bodies. The inter-slab load transfer structure is simple in structure, capable of evenly transmitting loads between the slabs, safe and reliable in principle, stable in performance and convenient to maintain.
一种装配式机场道面板的板间传荷结构,包括预制道面板,所述的预制道面板的两端设有第一阴企口,预制道面板的两侧设有第二阴企口;相邻两块预制道面板的端部接缝处通过第一阴企口拼接形成第一浆槽,相邻两块预制道面板的侧部接缝处通过第二阴企口拼接形成第二浆槽;第一浆槽与第二阴企口内均设有钢筋网,第一浆槽与“C”型槽内注浆形成配筋注浆体。本发明采用上述结构,通过配筋注浆体代替道面板横缝中的传力杆以及道面板纵缝中的拉杆,板体周边预留浆槽注浆体结构简单,可均匀传递板间荷载,原理安全可靠,性能稳定,且便于维修。
