A stepless amplitude modulation vibrating wheel comprises a pressing wheel, a position indicator, a position regulator, a hydraulic rotating joint and a hydraulic oil cylinder type vibration exciter, the hydraulic oil cylinder type vibration exciter comprises a vibration excitation shaft and an eccentric oil cylinder, the vibration excitation shaft and the hydraulic rotating joint are coaxially arranged along the rotating axis of the eccentric oil cylinder, the hydraulic rotating joint is connected to one end, far away from the eccentric oil cylinder, of the left or right excitation shaft, a piston body and a reset spring are arranged in the eccentric oil cylinder, and the reset spring is connected with the piston body and the bottom of a lower oil cavity of the eccentric oil cylinder; the eccentric oil cylinder and the position indicator are communicated through a hydraulic oil way to form a closed loop, the piston rod protrudes out of the position indicator, and the protruding height changes along with the oil quantity of an upper oil cavity and a lower oil cavity of the position indicator; and the position regulator comprises a motor connected with the piston rod, a controller connected with the motor and a displacement sensor, and the displacement sensor for sensing the position change of the piston rod; and the controller can lock the action of the motor according to a displacement signal transmitted by the displacement sensor so as to lock the piston rod.
