The device comprises a first slurry container and a second slurry container, the slurry container comprises a storage box and a stirrer extending into the storage box, and the bottom of the storage box is provided with a discharge hole; inlets of a first piston type grouting pump and a second piston type grouting pump communicated with the discharging hole; the output ends of a first driving structure and a second driving structure drive the piston type grouting pump to work; the two ends of a grouting pipeline communicated with outlets of the two piston type grouting pumps respectively, and a grout outlet used for outputting mixed grout of a first grout and a second grout is formed in the grouting pipeline. The problem that double grout is mixed in advance before grouting of an existing piston type grouting pump is solved, the mixing proportion of the double grout is changed through the grouting efficiency and the grouting flow of the piston type grouting pump, and the characteristic that the double grout is short in setting time and the grouting engineering requirement are met.
