The invention discloses an auxiliary device and method for fixing an anchor pile. The auxiliary device comprises a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly, wherein the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly are fixedly connected through a bolt, the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly are fixedly connected to form a regular polygon auxiliary device, semicircular holes which are used for containing the anchor pile are formed in the sides, which are fixedly connected, of the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly, and the two semicircular holes form a circular hole which is used for fixing the anchor pile. The invention further provides a using method. After the anchor pile is perpendicularly driven into the ground, a fixing device is installed on the outer diameter of the anchor pile on the ground; auxiliary anchor rods are screwed into preformed holes of the auxiliary device; and the number of the screwed auxiliary anchor rods is obtained according to the soil quality of soil and the anchoring force required for assembling an electric pole. According to the auxiliary device, the number of the screwed auxiliary anchor rods can be determined according to the environment soil quality and the required anchoring force condition, and the working efficiency of anchor pile setting is improved on the premise that reliable anchoring is achieved.
