The invention discloses a construction method of an aluminum alloy formwork system. The construction method comprises the following steps:1) wall and column steel bar construction and water and electricity construction are conducted; 2) surveying, setting out and leveling are conducted; 3) aluminum alloy formworks of walls and columns are installed; 4) aluminum alloy formworks of beams are installed; 5) aluminum alloy formworks of floor slabs are installed; 6) roof construction of the floor slabs is conducted; 7) ending reinforcement and inspection are conducted; 8) concrete is poured; 9) the aluminum alloy formworks of the walls and the columns are dismantled; 10) the aluminum alloy formwork of the roof is dismantled; 11) supporting rods are dismantled; 12) the aluminum alloy formworks are cleaned; 13) the aluminum alloy formworks are conveyed; and 14) the steps from (1) to (13) are repeated. According to the method, the aluminum alloy formworks of the walls and the columns are firstly dismantled and conveyed to the next operation layer through the material conveying opening, construction is conducted on the walls and the columns of the next operation layer, the situation that after all the aluminum alloy formworks are dismantled, conveying and installation construction are conducted is not needed, and therefore, the effects that the construction efficiency of the aluminum alloy formwork system is improved and the construction progress is accelerated are achieved.
