The invention relates to a column foundation construction joint formwork structure and a using method thereof. The formwork structure comprises typified formworks, corner positioning pull rods and height adjusting mechanisms, and included angle positioning is formed at the included angle positions of the adjacent typified formworks in butt joint through tensioning of the corner positioning pull rods; the height adjusting mechanisms are evenly distributed on the inner side faces of all the typified formworks and comprise base plates, base sleeves and adjusting sleeves, the base sleeves are perpendicularly fixed to the base plates, the upper ends of the base sleeves are telescopically connected with the adjusting sleeves in a sleeved mode, the adjusting sleeves and the inner side faces of the typified formworks are fixed or supported, sliding holes are symmetrically formed in the side faces of the base sleeves, and the length direction of the sliding holes is consistent with the length direction of the base sleeve. During use, at least one pin rod for adjusting the height of the adjusting sleeve relative to the base sleeve is connected in the sliding holes in the two sides of the base sleeve in a penetrating mode in the sliding hole direction, a machine shell achieves height adjustment of the typified formworks so as to be suitable for different terrace pouring thicknesses, operation is convenient, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
