The rolling-out mechanisms are arranged on the cross beams of the parking areas, when the vehicle carrying plates move to entrances of the parking areas, the roll-out mechanisms are started, the vehicle carrying plates horizontally move into the parking areas along the roll-out mechanisms, and when the vehicle carrying plates need to leave the parking areas, the roll-out mechanisms are started, and the vehicle carrying plates horizontally move to leave the parking areas along the roll-out mechanisms, so that the efficiency of the vehicle carrying plates entering or leaving the parking areas is greatly improved, and parking time is shortened.
