Concrete mortar, light-weight light-transmitting concrete slab and method
The invention discloses concrete mortar, a light-weight light-transmitting concrete slab and a method. The concrete mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of cement; 20-30 parts of sand; 0.5-1.5 parts of an air entraining agent; 45-55 parts of water; the method comprises the following steps: S1, laying a layer of concrete mortar at the bottom of a mold; s2, placing three PVC plates which are bonded in a laminated mode in the concrete mortar; s3, putting the mold into a concrete constant-temperature and constant-humidity standard curing box; s4, demolding after curing, and removing the upper layer PVC board and the lower layer PVC board; s5, punching holes in the remaining middle-layer PVC plate according to the designed pattern, and inserting light-transmitting fibers, namely acrylic rods, into gaps of the middle-layer PVC plate; s6, and performing secondary concrete pouring, curing and grinding on the PVC board obtained in the step S5; the invention provides the crack-free light-weight light-transmitting concrete slab and the method thereof, and the concrete mortar and the method for preparing the crack-free light-weight light-transmitting concrete slab.
