Repairing material for microcracks on surface of prefabricated part
The invention discloses a repairing material for microcracks on the surface of a prefabricated part. The repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 to 450 parts of cement P.O52.5, 300 to 400 parts of fine sand, 10 to 20 parts of silica fume, 3 to 5 parts of cellulose, 1 to 3 parts of starch ether, 20 to 25 parts of dispersible latex powder, 5 to 10 parts of calcium formate, 30 to 40 parts of reinforcing agent, 10 to 12 parts of diethylenetriamine and 150 to 300 parts of heavy calcium carbonate. The reinforcing agent contains graphene and can enhance the toughness of the repairing material; meanwhile, the main chain is of an epoxy resin structure, the mechanical performance of the repairing material is further enhanced, after repairing is completed, and secondary damage to the repaired position is avoided; and meanwhile, the internal nanometer titanium dioxide can also achieve the anti-aging effect, the repairing material has the good repairing effect in the long-time using process, the aging phenomenon is avoided, and the normal use of the prefabricated part is ensured.
本发明公开了一种用于预制构件表面微裂纹的修补料,包括如下重量份原料:350‑450份水泥P.O52.5、300‑400份细砂、10‑20份硅灰、3‑5份纤维素、1‑3份淀粉醚、20‑25份分散乳胶粉、5‑10份甲酸钙、30‑40份增强剂、10‑12份二乙烯三胺、150‑300份重钙;该增强剂内含有石墨烯,能够增强修补料的韧性,同时主链为环氧树脂结构,进一步增强了修补料的机械性能,使得在完成修补后,修补位置不会出现二次破损,同时内部的纳米二氧化钛也能起到抗老化效果,使得修补料在长时间使用过程中,不会出现老化现象,保证了预制构件的正常使用。
