The invention discloses organic steel-imitating fiber polymer concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. According to the invention, concrete is used as a matrix, and organic steel-imitating fibers with different lengths and mixing amounts and a waterborne epoxy resin emulsion are uniformly added into the concrete matrix to obtain the organic steel-imitating fiber polymer concrete. The organic steel-imitating fiber polymer concrete comprises the components as follows: 2020-3230 kg/m<3> of the concrete matrix; 41-45kg/m<3> of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion; 10.25-11.25 kg/m<3> of a waterborne epoxy curing agent; 4.1-4.5 kg/m<3> of a defoaming agent; 2.76-5.52 kg/m<3> of organic steel-imitating fibers; and the balance of water. The prepared organic steel-imitating fiber polymer concrete has the advantages of being high in tensile strength, good in cracking resistance, high in corrosion resistance and the like.
